Any issues, or requests that you think comes under FlairJets responsibility you can pick up the phone or directly e-mail your contact for your flight. No more missing things, or vague ‘I’m not sure let me find someone who knows’ It’s a yes or no from us, and this will be the extra cost if applicable. We realise your client is your livelihood, which makes them ours too.
