Flairjet Ltd collects the details provided by you, together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our website. 2. Site tracking
We use tracking software to monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the site to better meet the needs of visitors to flair-jet.com. This software does not enable us to capture any personally identifying information.

When you book a flight or enter personally identifying information, your details are transmitted across the internet securely using high-grade encryption (128 bit other wise know as SSL).

Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

In the circumstances set out in this policy where Flairjet Ltd passes your information to a third party, we will ensure that the security measures that such party has in place in relation to the processing of your data are at least as stringent as those employed by Flairjet Ltd. This does not apply where we are required by law to pass your information to a third party.

4. Cookies

They enable Flairjet Ltd to provide features such as remembering aspects of your last flight search to make subsequent searches faster. Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive if you wish. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings to prevent that. Even without a cookie you can use most of the features on the website. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information.

5. Disclosure to third parties
Disclosure of clients data is only done to benefit the clients user experience, date will not and has never been sold or passed to a third party.
